There's lots of good guides out there to explain changes, classes, leveling spots, gearing, etc. If you decide to get serious about the game, there an auction house that let's you buy items to progress.Įdit: since you've been away for a while, I'll assure you that it's MUCH easier to level now. Bera, Windia, and Broa (<3) are older servers with small populations, more open maps. ![]() Scania is the most populated server there's a world transfer event happening so people are shuffling around. Plus Kanna has a great link.Ĭlasses that do well with no to low funding, in no order:Įdit: Servers - I originally stated that if you have no interest in the "P2W" aspect of the game to play on Reboot, while this is a true statement being able to play and progress together it does make more sense to play on a normal server. This would allow for both of you to take turns playing the Kanna, Bishop, Damage, etc until you find a class you really love.Ī classes can have synergy, you don't need a Kanna or HS, but it's useful. Since link skills are a factor, you should both be open to playing multiple characters to lvl ~140. Paladins would bring group utility as well. Adventure Warriors are DrK, Hero and Paladin. The other Warriors are pretty straight forward, for new players Aran isn't often viewed as "noob friendly" but it's got a unique play style. I'd suggest a Demon Slayer (added exp gain and excellent mobbing). Kanna + Warrior: Demons, Aran, Adventure Warriors.Phantom has access to Holy Symbol as well. NL has showdown for increased EXP gains, the other thieves are pretty straight forward. Bishop brings Holy Symbol for added exp gain Kanna + Mage: Lumi, Ice/Lighting, Fire/Poison, BishopĮxcellent class synergy. The key is knowing that Kanna have an ability called Kishin that increases mob spawn/density, more kills more exp. ![]() Some suggest dual support to min/max the exp gain, let me show you some examples. So what do you guys think would make some good teams for this duo we're planning? Thanks guys!įor duos it's often recommended to mix a Kanna (mage/support) with a strong mobbing class (mage has good synergy). We want to build from the ground up with no funds so some classes that are good unfunded are preferred. We do plan on bossing but we're willing to sacrifice bossing efficiency for training & mobbing efficiency.įunding: No funding aside from maybe buying some pets for looting. I prefer prolonged and challenging battles since 90% of our time will be spent training anyways. In fact, my idea of fun in bossing situations is less about how fast I can kill a boss. We're not concerned with having the greatest DPS in bossing situations. Mobbing & Bossing Performance: We would rather go with a team that is highly efficient when it comes to mobbing and training while being passable enough for bossing. He just wants to go with what's going to work. My friend on the other hand can adapt to any play-style and have fun with it. I enjoy attacking roles but I also enjoy supporting roles in online games because I like being social and supporting roles allow me to feel like a hero in ways that few other genre's can match. ![]() Play-style: When I play other RPG's, I tend to always go with mages, archers & thieves because I value stealth, long-distance fighting, and mastery of spells and environments. Support Aspect: We want to pick 2 classes that work well to support each other in a complimentary fashion that encourages party play, balance & a beneficial rate of progression. I know there can be a million different variables nowadays with the overwhelming amount of options there are so here are our stances towards specific aspects that we've considered on what we would value as a team that should help narrow down the options. My friend and I are looking to get back into it by partying up as a duo and doing everything as a team. I've been out of touch with the game for years. Hello!
